‣場所：十年館 (长宁区绥宁路820号虹桥体育公园B1剑道馆)

‣稽古スケジュール

08:00‐08:45　早朝稽古(防具着用者は自由参加)

09:00‐10:20　子供、及び三段以下の大人稽古(4段以上の大人も参加可能)

10:30‐11:40　四段以上の大人稽古(防具着用の三段以下の大人、及び子供も参加可能)

※稽古が中止、場所変更となる場合は、入会後に会員用WECHATで適宜やり取りをしております。

10:30‐11:40　四段以上的成人联系(带防具的三段以下成人及儿童也可以参加)

  08:00-08:45   Morning practice (participants with a martial art suit for Kendo are free to participate)

  09:00-10:20   Children and Adults under the three dan (adults above the four dan can also participate)

  10: 30-11:40  Adults four dan or above (children and Adults three dan or below with a martial art suit for Kendo can also participate)

    *In case of suspension of practice or change of venue, members can make appropriate contact through WeChat after joining.
